Thank you for choosing Letterbook. We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers and ensure that your packages arrive at their destination in a timely and secure manner.

Shipping Methods:(for branded products only Letterbook subscription includes shipping)

We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international deliveries. Our standard shipping option typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders. Our expedited shipping option typically takes 2-3 business days for domestic orders and 3-5 business days for international orders.

Shipping Rates:

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over £30 and international orders over £60.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. And you will receive your first letter at the next post out, which will never be longer than 2 weeks.

Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery:

We are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during the shipping process due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or carrier delays. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to ensure a successful delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.
